Comprising two towers, this project is characterized by a soft beige palette and a combination of smooth finishes with exposed brick at the podium, adding warmth and texture. The facades showcase an irregular window arrangement, creating a natural interplay of light and shadow throughout the day.
The ground floor, gardens, and communal outdoor areas create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere, featuring relaxation zones seamlessly integrated among native landscaping and subtle lighting. By locating the parking underground, the design prioritizes open, pedestrian-friendly spaces, resulting in a serene and harmonious environment.

Located in San Miguel de Allende, this residence interprets contemporary rural architecture through a composition of understated volumes, natural materials, and a seamless connection with its surroundings. The facade combines chukum, exposed steel, and wood accents, striking a perfect balance between solidity and warmth.
The entryway is articulated through an understated and carefully proportioned composition, where vegetation is seamlessly integrated as an essential design element. At dusk, architectural lighting accentuates textures and depth, while expansive openings invite abundant natural light and foster a strong connection with the outdoor spaces.
