Comprising two towers, this project is characterized by a soft beige palette and a combination of smooth finishes with exposed brick at the podium, adding warmth and texture. The facades showcase an irregular window arrangement, creating a natural interplay of light and shadow throughout the day.

The ground floor, gardens, and communal outdoor areas create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere, featuring relaxation zones seamlessly integrated among native landscaping and subtle lighting. By locating the parking underground, the design prioritizes open, pedestrian-friendly spaces, resulting in a serene and harmonious environment.
